Savvygen™ NA Extraction kit

Savyon Diagnostics is proud to offer its unique Nucleic Acid Extraction buffer kit. 

The Savvygen™ NA Extraction Buffer technology is based on magnetic beads isolation of nucleic acids (NA) from biological samples. The basis of this method is the use of Carboxylate-Modified Magnetic beads, capable of binding the NA in the presence of a chaotropic agent. This is a simple, rapid, and reliable method for the purification of NA from biological samples. The method could be used both for manual or in an automated, large-scale purification system.

The  Savvygen™ NA Extraction Buffer kit was validated  on HAMILTOM STARlet, but it can be used with any other open, automated extraction system. It offers fully automated extraction of up to 96 specimens within 90 minutes. The  Savvygen™ NA Extraction Buffer kit can also be used for manual RNA extraction.

 In addition, the NA Extraction Buffer kit can serve for-

• Provides stabilization of nucleic acids within lysates.
