Introduction
The SeroMP™ product line is a semi quantitative assay for the determination of antibodies to Mycoplasma pneumoniae in human serum. The assay utilizes as antigen a unique membrane preparation of M. pneumoniae that contains enriched P1 membrane protein. SeroMP™ offers high sensitivity and specificity in detecting IgM IgG and IgA anti- M. pneumoniae and allows for complete diagnosis of infection status.
